Barbara Fuchs
- Dance, Choreography, Stage
- Following her formal education at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen, Tanzprojekten Köln (James Saunders) and studies in New York, Barbara Fuchs worked as a dancer with various choreographers. She has worked with the Frey Faust company, danced with Gabrielle Staiger, with the Maja Lex Tanzensemble, Ingo Reulecke, Silke Z. A highlight in her dance career was her two years with the Teatro Viriato in Portugal, Companhia Paulo Ribeiro (touring in Europe and the United States). Parallel to her activities as a dancer she developed her first choreographic works. She also amassed substantial experience as a light- and stage technician, producing light and stage designs for theatre and dance pieces. She worked on dramaturgy for Consol Theater and IP Tanz. With her first solo “Double-exposed”, she founded her own label: tanzfuchs productions. In 2004 she started her trilogy in which dance meets the movies: “Tanztat – a dance thriller”, followed by „ EXITUS a impious tragi-comedy about dance, death and the devil“ and finally „piece 2307,5: a dance fiction“. In 2006, she founded together with Ilona Pászthy, Suna Göncü, Gerda König and Dyane Neiman the Choreographers-Network BARNES CROSSING. This dance-production center for Cologne provides professional dancers and choreographers a rooms and space for dance (performance space, rehearsal space, professional dance trainings). Recently she has completed work for the University of Cologne dance department , and a production for BARNES CROSSING: „VIA, three miniature dance-scenes“. “It”, a solo for a body premiered in 2008. The following year she produced a quartet: “RAUSCHEN- white noise” an accessible dance sculpture and in September, her piece “SCRAP (SCHROTT)” had premiere. It is a dance and music performance created together with her long-term musical associate Jörg Ritzenhoff. In 2009 she also made a performance piece for children with the title “Skyblue” in cooperation with the tanzhaus nrw and the sound studio, Tonhalle Düsseldorf.

Horst Mühlberger
- Lighting Design
- is light designer and works as technical director for a variety of festivals, free-lance productions and theatres. The focus of his work as a light designer is the creation of spaces and the embodiment of emotional pictures. For this reason, he uses techniques from theater, architecture – illumination and video projections. Some of the artists he has worked with include Birgit Freitag, Susanne Linke, Urs Dietrich, Lubricat, Stephanie Thiersch, Vera Sander, Germaine Acogny. He also worked in the context of the Ruhrtriennale with various artists.
Jörg Ritzenhoff

- is one of the most experienced composers for contemporary dance in Nordrhein-Westfalen. He has worked with the former Forsythe-dancer Raffaele Giovanola (CocoonDance, Bonn), Barbara Fuchs, Morgan Nardi and Naoko Tanaka (Ludica, tanzhaus nrw, Düsseldorf/Grand Théatre de la Ville, Luxembourg), Gabrielle Staiger (Arazzo Tanztheater, Cologne/Amsterdam), Krisztina Plachetka (Ernst Busch Hochschule, Berlin) and Helge Letonja (steptext dance project, Bremen). The Cologne Theatre engaged commissioned him with the music for the Karin Beier’s version of Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”. Other projects include the development of electro-acoustical performance projects in collaboration with among others the Bundeskunsthalle (National Art Gallery) and Theatre in Bonn, the Kulturhauptstadt Weimar, the Westdeutschen Rundfunk (West German Radio) and the Deutschlandfunk Berlin. Internationale cooperations include the well-known festival "Fabbrica Europa" in Florence and the "Züricher Theaterspektakel" in Switzerland. He has also worked together with artists like the poet Thomas Kling (CD-release) and the musician Frank Köllges (Documenta Kassel). Born in Düsseldorf in 1961, he studied classical composition with Prof. Ingo Schmidt at the music academy in Wuppertal and presently resides in Cologne.
